The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of virtual health consultations worldwide, transforming traditional healthcare delivery. This study investigates the patterns, determinants, and outcomes of virtual consultations in the post-pandemic period, with a focus on patient satisfaction, accessibility, and perceived quality of care. A mixed-methods research design was employed, combining quantitative surveys of 600 patients and qualitative interviews with 35 healthcare providers across urban and semi-urban areas. Key findings indicate that virtual consultations significantly improve accessibility and convenience, reduce travel and waiting time, and enhance patient engagement. However, barriers such as digital literacy gaps, technological constraints, privacy concerns, and limited personal interaction remain salient. The study contributes empirical evidence on telehealth effectiveness and provides policy recommendations for sustaining patient-centered virtual healthcare post-pandemic.
