Instructions for Authors

1. Article Types

The journal accepts the following types of submissions:

  • Research Articles (5000–8000 words)

  • Review Articles (6000–10000 words)

  • Short Communications (2000–4000 words)

  • Case Studies / Technical Reports (3000–6000 words)

All submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Preparation

Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and professional English.

File Format

  • Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

Structure

All manuscripts must include:

  1. Title of the article

  2. Author name(s), affiliation(s), and country

  3. Abstract (150–250 words)

  4. Keywords (4–6 keywords)

  5. Main text (Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion)

  6. References

3. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract must clearly summarize the objective, methodology, results, and significance of the study.

  • Avoid citations in the abstract.

  • Provide 4–6 relevant keywords.

4. References

  • Authors should use a consistent citation style (APA recommended).

  • All references must be properly cited in the text.

  • DOIs should be included where available.

5. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.

  • Authors must ensure that all required files are uploaded:

    • Manuscript file

    • Author details

    • Supplementary files (if any)

6. Peer Review Process

  • JRAIE follows a double-blind peer review process.

  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.

  • Review decisions may include:

    • Accept

    • Minor Revision

    • Major Revision

    • Reject

7. Publication Ethics

Authors must adhere to ethical publishing standards:

  • The work must be original and free from plagiarism

  • Proper citations must be provided

  • Data must not be fabricated or manipulated

  • Simultaneous submission to other journals is not allowed

8. Plagiarism Policy

  • All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools.

  • Manuscripts with high similarity may be rejected.

  • Ethical violations may result in rejection or retraction.

9. Author Responsibilities

Each submission must include:

  • Author Contributions (recommended)

  • Conflict of Interest statement

  • Funding statement (if applicable)

  • Data Availability Statement

10. AI Usage Disclosure

If AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar tools) are used:

  • Authors must clearly disclose their use

  • AI tools cannot be listed as authors

  • Authors remain responsible for the content

11. Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright of their work

  • Articles are published under a Creative Commons license

  • Users are allowed to read and share content with proper attribution

12. Open Access Policy

  • JRAIE is a fully open-access journal

  • All articles are freely available without subscription

13. Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • The journal does not charge any submission or publication fees

14. Publication Timeline

  • Initial review decision: 4–6 weeks

  • Final decision after revision: varies based on review

  • Accepted articles are published in the next available issue
