Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology in healthcare, offering the potential to address some of the most pressing global health challenges, including access to care, treatment quality, and healthcare disparities. By integrating AI into health systems, we can revolutionize how medical data is analyzed, how treatments are personalized, and how care is delivered across diverse populations. This paper explores the role of AI in enhancing global health equity, focusing on how AI can bridge gaps in healthcare access and improve health outcomes in underserved and resource-limited settings. Through the analysis of AI-driven innovations in diagnostics, treatment personalization, and health systems management, this study examines the ethical considerations of using AI in global health, the potential benefits for health equity, and the challenges that need to be addressed to ensure that AI technologies are deployed responsibly. We also discuss the key barriers to achieving equitable healthcare access, such as data bias, privacy concerns, and the risk of exacerbating inequalities. The findings suggest that with appropriate regulatory frameworks and ethical guidelines, AI can play a pivotal role in reducing health disparities and enhancing global health equity.
